Family diversity at LMU
By acknowledging the different family models of our staff and students and supporting their respective needs, we create an atmosphere in which all LMU members can develop their full potential, regardless of their background, lifestyle or responsibilities.
Family-friendly structures such as flexible working hours and childcare options actively contribute to equality and promote diversity.
As part of this year's diversity initiative "FamilyCare@LMU", we continue our efforts to promote an inclusive and diverse environment at LMU.
We are building on the successful programs "WeCare@LMU" and "Belonging@LMU", which have already made a significant contribution to promoting the health and well-being of our members and strengthening the sense of community within our LMU community.
